Where It All Began

Szechuan Express was founded in 2008 by Chef Wei Chen, a Chengdu native passionate about bringing authentic Szechuan flavors to food courts. Starting with a single stall, the brand grew through word of mouth and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Today, Szechuan Express serves thousands of guests daily across 50+ North American locations with the same bold, fiery recipes that started it all.
